The Concept Lawn at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is like the smallest, most expensive car show you can imagine. A bunch of concepts and pre-production models line a beautiful putting green for people to ogle at while before hitting the fairways of Pebble Beach.
Of course as always this year’s selection was of a particularly high caliber, some of our highlights are below:
Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo that was recently bought by a Saudi Prince along with a matching Chiron.
Lamborghini Centenario Roadster, which is already sold out.
BMW‘s 2002 Hommage with its latest livery, a Jägermeister-themed affair called Turbomeister.
Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, which was unveiled in Monterey this year. The 6 in the name is because it’s 6 meters long. Most of that’s the hood.
Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato coupe one-of-99, which continues to be beautiful.
Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge, a VERY limited edition.
McLaren 570GT customized by MSO has special design touches plus an electrochromic panel to replace the normal glass roof.
Maserati Quattroporte, which is definitely not a concept, you can order the 2017 model now.
Lister Knobbly, which brings us back to classic racing.
