The Ferrari 250 GTO is probably one of the most iconic, beautiful, and expensive sports cars in automotive history. A GT racer designed to win, the GTO’s 3.0-liter V12 engine produces 300-hp. Only 36 were built by Ferrari and this makes them extremely rare and sought after.
To date, one of our favorite Petrolicious films has been “The Ferrari 250 GTO Speaks for Itself”. The movie is focused around Derek Hill son of Ferrari ace Phil Hill and his Ferrari 250 GTO, a V12-powered legend. However now we hear that movie was not the whole story. It appears the Petrolicious team had extra footage, and now it has surfaced and boy we are excited.
It is an in-car video of Hill driving the 1964 250 GTO (with the s2 body), minus sound, narration, or anything else that would get in the way. Alas the clip is only 7 minutes, but we have a feeling you’ll watch it more than once. Turn it up and enjoy.
