If you’ve always wanted to attend 24 Hours at Nürburgring, here’s a taste of what it’s like to be there from the team at Driving Line. We have all dreamed of making a trip to “The Ring,” and the Nürburgring 24 Hours tops the lists of races to attend there. Whether you have or haven’t been lucky enough to make the trip to Germany – this video will make you feel like you’re trackside at Nordschleife for one of the worlds most famed endurance races.
The video documents the one of the most grueling Touring Car and GT endurance racing events in the world – the 24 Hours of Nurburgring. We go beyond just showing the cars and racing action of the event. It captures everything from the fans to the pit crews, the drivers to the umbrella girls, interwoven into a visually stunning slow-motion coverage of one of the great endurance races.
The 2014 Nürburgring 24 grid consisted of 165 cars combine that with the twists and undulations of the Nordschleife and GP courses this would make Le Man’s look like a piece of cake. There’s plenty of beautiful slow-motion and time-lapse videography at work, but it should do a good job of helping you understand the madness that is the Nürburgring 24 (and it will make you want to roast a pig in an engine bay). Then you can book your tickets as you are 9 months away from the 2015 event.
