Lamborghini Accademia will host its first-ever North American performance driving school September 14th to 17th at the renowned Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The Lamborghini Accademia is set to show customers how to handle their supercars on a closed track and with the expert tutelage of factory instructors. A change going into the 2014 program is a new training car the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4.
The Accademia was developed by the Squadra Corse team who form part of Lamborghini’s motorsports division. The course provides Lamborghini clients with intense driving courses on some of the most famous tracks around the world.
The one-day event is designed to challenge participants with morning exercises including slalom, acceleration, braking, drifting and section training at Laguna Seca’s key corners such as the famous Corkscrew. The afternoon is spent applying the learning into full-course lapping, utilizing one-on-one and video coaching.
At the end of the day each of the 24 participants will receive a certificate from Lamborghini Squadra Corse stating their completion of the course.
After Laguna Seca the Lamborghini Accademia heads to Germany with a stop at Hockenheim Ring on October 1st and 2nd.
