The new Nissan 370Z NISMO gets a major facelift when launched next year, with LED running lamps, black headlight trim and mirrors, a more subtle ducktail wing, and some fresh aero. It’s all in line with the styling on the new NISMO GT-R, with plenty of red accents and a deep front fascia. The new RAYS Engineering aluminum split five-spokes, sized 19×9.5 inches in the front and 19×10.5 inches in the back, fill the wheel wells.
While the familiar 350-hp, 3.7-liter V6 is carried over from the current model, the 2015 Nissan 370Z NSIMO offers a new paddle-shifted seven-speed automatic, which, like the six-speed manual, matches revs when downshifting using SynchroRev technology.
The NISMO Z also gets a new ‘Tech’ trim level for 2015, packaged with a 7-inch touchscreen, back-up camera, auto-dimming mirror, premium audio, Bluetooth, and GPS. When available later in the year the 370Z NISMO is offered in four exterior colors – Solid Red, Magnetic Black, Brilliant Silver and Pearl White.
“The new 370Z NISMO joins the recently introduced Nissan GT-R NISMO and Nissan JUKE NISMO RS, giving performance fans a range of fresh, factory tuned NISMO models to enjoy,” said Nissan Chief Planning Officer and Executive Vice President Andy Palmer.
