Blox Racings annual Open House took place this weekend, and the guys delivered what will probably be the best bang for your buck car show you will see all year. If you didn’t make it out, you definitely missed possibly one of the events of the year.
The BLOX facility could not be found amongst the hundreds of show cars, scooters and motorcycles, multiple food trucks, a plethora of vendors and finally thousands of people. The NOS Energy Drink stage took a prominent role in keeping the crowd buzzing with Wild 94.9 FM’s DJ J Espinosa in the mix.
The smokin’ hot NOS models were serving ice cold NOS Energy drinks all day and providing fans with cool giveaways. A select group of lucky raffle winners walked away with awesome prizes donated by BLOX, NOS Energy Drinks, BENEN, Detail Addict, Supertech Performance, Checkerd Sports, Wheel Dude and JHPUSA.
The BLOX Open House supported Life Elder Care to raise money for the Life Elder Care Meals On Wheels program. Life Elder Care provides hot meals to the elderly in the Fremont, Newark and Union City. It was great to see the scene rally around this great cause.
A couple of new aspects of this years event included the BLOX Model Contest and the DSPORT Magazine Model Search presented by Konig Wheels. Hungry participants and attendees were able to dine at some of the Bay Area’s tastiest food trucks and gourmet eateries. Make sure you all check your copies of DSPORT Magazine for event coverage and the model search in an upcoming issue.
