Larkspur’s Art Hebert in his 1963 Lola MK5A F-Jr claimed his second consecutive class victory. Art started from pole in Group 5A (1961-64 Sports Racing Cars) and led from the start to the finish in the 10-lap main event. The other Bay Area winners included Alamo’s Jeff Abramson (1959 Morgan +4) in the 11955-1962 GT Cars, San Francisco’s Danny Baker (1977 McLaren M23) in the 1966 – 77 Historic Formula One Cars and San Jose’s Chad Raynal (1969 Camaro Z/28) Historic Trans-Am Cars.
